Fransis Bosch is Creative Director, trainer and coach at the Talent and Career Center. With her creativity, energy and talent to see people’s (potential) talent, she is able to inspire persons to find and conquer their perfect job. Since 1991 Fransis guides people at work. Common thread in her way of working is a positive human vision. From the mission of the Talent & Career Center “get the most out of your talent” and the motto “give me a job that suits me, and I never have to work again”, Fransis uses all the possible means to increase the outflow rate of highly educated people to jobs that perfectly match their talent and qualities. Fransis: “Quality, creativity, effectiveness, and sincere commitment are the main principles of our services. That is what gives us energy!”

At the Talent & Career Center,  Fransis is responsible for the development of custom made programs in order to develop talent within organizations. In the last 25 years, she became a specialist in personal and talent development. She did several studies in the field of teaching, coaching, counselling and essence psychology. Finally, Fransis incorporates her experience as a coach and her background in theatre in the workshops she provides.
